I first started training with Pete four and a half years ago. I was overweight and needed to lose weight in order to start a family. Training with Pete I lost close to 15 kilograms and now have a beautiful baby boy. I continued training with Pete throughout the course of my pregnancy. With Pete updating my program every trimester, which is why I think I had such a relatively easy childbirth (if you can ever call childbirth easy). After my 6 week check up I resumed my training with Pete when he said due to the fact that I had just had a baby that the first priority after giving birth was core stability. I was soon strong enough to resume my training at the level I was before getting pregnant and within 12 months I was pregnant again. I now also have a baby girl and when Pete asked if I would rate his business I was more than happy to.
Although Pete say’s I did it all for myself I honestly think that I owe a large part of my happiness and my newfound health and fitness to Pete. Pete made exercise fun and his ideas of health, fitness and eating showed me a new way of life and has given me good habits I will be able to maintain for the rest of my life. Which as Pete says is the most important thing.
