Peter Petrou fitness caters for individuals, pairs and groups of four or more at Bossley Park. All sessions last for 1-hour, between 6am-9pm Monday to Saturday. My aim is to make top quality personal training affordable to everyone. Many clients train with me 2 or 3 times a week in order to gain maximum benefit, so I charge a lower rate for any additional sessions in the same week, to try and keep it affordable for everyone. Peter Petrou fitness caters to individual client needs and custom designs programs, which are updated regularly in order to maintain your improvement and interest. Obviously I specialise in boxing training but I can and do incorporate Core Stability workouts, Weights training, Kettlebell training, Olympic lifting, Running, Rowing, Cycling, Circuits training & Powerlifting. I have also helped people train for marathons, Done strength & conditioning work with professional and amateur athletes, worked with a junior rugby league team on their conditioning, trained women during pregnancy and after child birth, I even train other personal trainers! In fact, anyone who wants to get fit and look good.
As well as being a former professional boxer and elite Australian amateur representative, I’m a totally accredited personal trainer and a registered master trainer and children’s trainer with the Australian Fitness Network. I specialise in boxing training, weight training, core conditioning, weight loss and women’s fitness including exercise during pregnancy and post partum training.
